We try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand but some popular items may sell out fast. We strive to continually improve our products so there may be a delay during restocking periods. An Enquire button will apear next to items not in stock, send us an email and we will get back to you regarding the approximate restocking period.

Proflow products are made to the highest standards and warrants all products for a period of 12 months from date of purchase for either repair or replacement. Warranty may be voided if the product has been misused, modified, or not used for the correct application. Proflow will not be responsible for any damages being incidental or consequential as a result of using a Proflow product incorrectly. Any product requiring a warranty appraisal must be returned to the place of purchase with the original invoice.

Yes, our website will recognize you as an international customer based on your shipping address once logged in. If you are not logged in our web store will default to prices inclusive of GST.

No, items are not placed on back order and we try to avoid advertising products that are not in stock.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your address, and the weight and dimensions of your order.

No. Your delivery will require a signature.

You may choose to have products delivered to an address different to the billing address. However, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

The courier will leave a card stating delivery has been attempted and will re-attempt to deliver the following day.

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address contact us by phone or Live Chat.

Depending on the sizes, quantity and availability of your order, it may be packaged in a single or multiple boxes. Therefore, all of your order might not be delivered on the same day.
