Proflow Warlord Extreme LS3 Aluminium Engine Block

When serious horsepower demands more than a factory LS block can deliver, Proflow’s Extreme Warlord LS3 Aluminium Engine Block provides the strength, rigidity and oiling performance required for high-output engine combinations.

Designed around the proven LS3 architecture, this aftermarket block is manufactured from A356-T6 aluminium to provide an excellent combination of strength and reduced weight. With a 4.125" bore, 9.240" deck height, heavy-duty cylinder sleeves and billet steel splayed main caps, it provides a strong foundation for large-capacity naturally aspirated engines, supercharged combinations and high-boost turbocharged builds. It also has provision for 6-bolt cylinder heads (top additional bolt holes need to be tapped/finished).

The block incorporates extra-thick ductile iron cylinder sleeves to handle increased cylinder pressures and provide additional material for performance engine machining. The bottom end is reinforced with billet steel main caps and 7/16" main studs, helping maintain crankshaft stability under high cylinder loads and elevated engine speeds.

A priority main oiling system directs oil to the main bearings before supplying other areas of the engine, helping maintain consistent lubrication where it matters most during demanding performance use.
